iSAMS

International Scientific Acupuncture and Meridian Symposium (iSAMS) is established to provide a platform for information exchange and discussion between scholars to enhance the high-quality of integrative and complementary medicine research and to form an international research network. It is held mostly in the school of medicine or the health science related school in the University each year to encourage students and new investigators in the field. To keep iSAMS as a premium symposium academically and clinically, all the speakers are invited by the organizing committee under the certain standard. iSAMS will be a dynamic meeting that focuses on bringing the most up-to-date information and experience of researchers together and practitioners in the field of integrative medicine as well as the public.

The University of Hong Kong is a research-led comprehensive university founded in 1911 and The Hong Kong College of Medicine,established in 1887,evolved to be the medical faculty,one of its first 3 faculties alongside Arts and Engineering. It is the oldest higher education in Hong Kong and also an internationally recognized comprehensive university. Today,HKU is organized into 10academic faclties with English as the main language of instruction. It exhibits strength in scholarly research and education of humanities, law, political sciences, and biomedicine. It is ranked among the top 3 Asian universities by QS ans The Times.
KPI

Korean Pharmacopuncture Institute (KPI) was chartered in 1991 to govern the safety of pharmacopuncture and to modernize the clinical usage of herbal acupuncture.

Furthermore, our research center with clean room was established for safe production of the herbal extracts and to develop wide variety of herbal medicine. KPI is on the leading edge of Korean medicine and we are proud of our efforts in modernization of Korean medicine.

This “Privacy Policy” explains the collection, use, and disclosure of “personal information” by International Scientific Acupuncture and Meridian Symposium, Medical Accociation of Pharmacopuncture Insitute(MAPI) 135-703 KOFST building #607, 22, 7 Gil, Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea, through the Website that iSAMS 2016 Organization operates at http://www.isams.org. We collect information solely for the purpose of providing services to our members and facilitating our communication with them. We do not collect or use personal information for any other purposes. The personal information provided to us by the attendees/members makes it possible for us to deliver, based on it, more useful information selectively. Emails and Newsletters. We use the personal information you provide to us when you receive our newsletter in order to respond to your request, to reply to your email or to send you communications about news and events related to iSAMS 2016. Providing your email address and/or real name is required.

2. Range of Personal Information
